American Red Cross disaster assistance is provided to people in need without charge. This is made possible by voluntary donations of time, money and blood from the American people. To help provide support for people in need following a fire, flood, hazardous materials incidence or other unforeseen disaster. Money that is donated to Goodhue County is used to help disaster victims in Goodhue County.  Money gifts can also be designated to help major disaster victims (major floods, terrorist attacks, etc).  Printable Contribution Form
